SHIPPING AND RETURN DELAYS DURING COVID-19
During the current climate we hope you and your family are safe and healthy. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. However, you may experience delays in shipping outside of our control.
Please expect your order to arrive a bit later than normal.Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Covid 19 has been particularly damaging to small businesses and we would like to offer our sincere thanks for supporting us. We hope you love your items as much as we do, but if you have any issues we are here to help!
We only provide refunds for items in the following situations:
- Items are damaged as a result of our production error.
- We sent the wrong item or wrong size.
- An item is missing from your package.
If we are at fault, we will cover the shipping costs to return the item.
We do not currently offer exchanges.
You must reach out to us within 14 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number to be sent a return form and further instructions.
Items being returned to us must be in the original condition which includes
- All tags and labels must be kept on. No tags removed or cut off
- No stains from makeup or heavy scents of smoke or perfume.
- In its original packaging
If the item does not come back to us in the above condition and in the manner instructed on the return form, we have the right to refuse your request. We will notify you when your item has been returned to us and when you can expect either your refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks and up to 2 billing cycles for your refunds to appear depending on your bank/credit card processing times.
